During the last years of the 19th century and the first half of the 20th century, the Austrian manufactory Goldscheider became one of the most prominent, opening branches in Paris, Leipzig and Florence. Well-known artists created models for Goldscheider that covered Historicism, Jugendstil, and Art Deco styles.
